Pook Press celebrates the great Golden Age of Illustration in children's literature. Many of the earliest children's books, particularly those dating back to the 1850s and before, are now extremely scarce and increasingly expensive. Pook Press are working to republish these classic works in affordable, high quality, colour editions, using the original text and artwork so these works can delight another generation of children.

This story continues the life of Roger Mifflin, who first appeared in Parnassus on Wheels, and now runs a bookshop with his wife, a dog, Titania Chapman, a young woman sent to live with the Mifflins, and a young advertising man who is smitten with Titania's beauty. And the bookshop is haunted by the great spirits of the literary past.

An illustrated edition of the complete works of William Shakespeare, including thirty-seven plays, as well as poems and sonnets.
